Flowers & Insects
It's been a gorgeous weekend so far! The plum and pear trees are blooming in our backyard and they are swarming with insects- perfect photo taking! I also discovered the wonders of www.picnik.com so I was experimenting a little bit and I have to say that I love the effects you can add to the photos. So much fun!

Gorgeous gorgeous! I use picnik all the time too, it's fun to see all the different things that can be done! I love the first one, beautiful blooms!
Like seriously.. the first picture, I gasped! And then I scroll down, and the butterfly shot!! Another gasp.
While they're all great (I LOVE insects!) I especially love the second last one. It has a bright and happy feeling to it and I love the perspective! Great shots!!!
I love the softness of the first photo. The ant in the flower kind of creeps me out for some reason.
